Admission

The Monarch International School is open to any child, regardless of race, gender, religion or country of origin. The school year commences in June and goes on till March of the following calender year.

Admission procedure & Payment instructions

The application form (costing Rs.300/-) is to be duly filled and submitted to the school office for scrutiny.

Students seeking admission need to submit the following:

Four passport size photographs

Attested photocopy of birth certificate

Original of the Transfer Certificate from the previous school/institution

Mark statements or report cards of preceding year(s) from the previous school/institution

Registration fee of Rs.4000/- (not included in the Fee Structure given above)

Student Application form, duly filled in

Term fees may be paid in a maximum of four installments (once in 3 months).

MAY	First Installment	25% of the Total Fees	On or before the 15th of May
JUL	Second Installment	25% of the Total Fees	On or before the 15th of July
SEP	Third Installment	25% of the Total Fees	On or before the 15th of September
NOV	Fourth Installment	25% of the Total Fees	On or before the 15th of November

No discounts are given for students paying fees in a single installment.

Payments can be made in cash, draft or cheque. Receipt for fees paid by cheque will be issued only after realization of the cheques.

Payment can be made in INR or US Dollars. RBI Rates prevailing on day of payment will apply.

Outstation cheques will have to include relevant bank charges.

Cheques or drafts are to be made in favor of The Monarch International School

There will be no reduction in fees for students who join in the middle of an academic year.
